What we do

Giving hope to vulnerable children

Mother's mercy home is an early intervention project that caters for disadvantaged children and prevents them from suffering health, neglect, delinquency or any other problem that interferes with their development. The Home was founded, owned and sponsored by the Mothers’ Union of the Diocese of Mt. Kenya South in 2001 under the Anglican Church Of Kenya

Sustainability

Our Self Help Projects

To ensure long term sustainability, we endeavour to undertake income generation activities that would not only provide a source of income for the home, but also help the children to learn livelihood skills and entrepreneurship skills.

We welcome you to support and partner with us in our self-help projects and help us with new opportunities.

Support us and give a smile to a child

Join us in making a difference in the lives of venerable children. Help us to continue to provide food, shelter, protection, child friendly spaces, health care, education and other essentials for all the children in our care. We also accept in-kind donations that include dry foodstuff, household items like cleaning detergents, books, shoes and clothes in good condition.
